Rowing for Change: Peabody Community Foundation Charity Dragon Boat Race 2026

16 Axis CLC volunteers took part in the Peabody’s 2026 Charity Dragon Boat Race, joining partners and fellow organisations from the industry to raise almost £70,000 for the Peabody Community Foundation!

The Peabody Community Foundation provide a range of services to support local residents and improve their quality of life. This includes including running food banks and delivering community activities to help residents develop skills and secure employment and training opportunities.

Our team displayed great teamwork and collaboration throughout the day, and we are proud to have supported Peabody on their mission to support local communities. Every penny of the money raised will go directly to providing essential services and goods for residents.
