Summer Community Day for John Aird Court Residents

Our dedicated Social Impact team, Resident Liaison Officers and Site Managers delivered a Summer Community Day for residents at Westminster City Council’s John Aird Court. Hosted on the last day of the school year, the event welcomed over 40 residents and marked the start of the summer holidays for many families, offering a chance to gather, socialise and celebrate.

A range of festivities were provided for residents, including:

• A free picnic
• An ice cream van from Simba Softy
• Fun competitive activities, including tug of war, egg and spoon races and sack races
• Professional family photographs to mark the occasion

The event created plenty of laughter and memorable moments for residents of all ages, with many commenting on how wonderful it was to gather with fellow residents. Events such as this highlight the importance of bringing communities together to connect, build relationships and enjoy quality time together.
