Partnering with the Construction Youth Trust to Support Local Students

Across the first quarter of FY2026/27, we have partnered extensively with the Construction Youth Trust to support their careers programmes in schools across London.  

The Construction Youth Trust’s work helps to promote social mobility by supporting young people with career skills and development, as well as providing exposure to the range of career paths available in the built environment sector. 

Over a total of 13 volunteering hours, we have delivered 5 sessions with CYT, spanning the boroughs of Westminster, Waltham Forest, Lewisham and Hammersmith & Fulham. We have provided support and advice to students regarding mock assessments, work readiness, CV writing and general careers support.  

Supporting the Construction Youth Trust has allowed us to increase our engagement with local schools and colleges. Providing students with invaluable career skills at a young age will allow them to successfully pursue long-term careers in our industry and the wider world of work.
