Axis has been appointed onto The Royal Parks framework for New Builds and Refurbishments. 

Axis was accepted as one of the suppliers on  The Royal Parks (TRP)  New Builds and Refurbishments Framework. The framework will makes us eligible for works on projects varying in value from £100k to £1m.

Our works can include:

  • Residential lodge refurbishment and extensions (may include listed buildings), including the upgrading of services like gas, water, power and drainage and associated hard and soft landscaping activities.
  • New build projects including cafés, catering kiosks, service buildings and other general small-scale new buildings including public toilets
  • Refurbishment of office spaces and welfare facilities
  • General building improvement works to storage buildings

Works won

In 2024, Axis won two  contracts at St Mary’s Lodge and The Old Police Station via TRP’s New Builds and Refurbishments Framework.

More about Royal Parks

The Royal Parks is a charity who manages 5,000 acres of Royal parkland across London, on behalf of the government. They look after eight of London’s largest open spaces; Hyde Park, The Green Park, Richmond Park, Greenwich Park, St James’s Park, Bushy Park and The Regent’s Park, and Kensington Gardens. They also look after other important open spaces in the capital including Brompton Cemetery, Victoria Tower Gardens, Canning Green and Poet’s Corner.
