SEC Framework Awards Cyclical Repairs and Re-decoration Contract

Following a mini competition off the South East Consortium’s Internal and External Building Works Framework (Lot 1, Major Refurbishments) Axis was awarded a major Cyclical Repairs and Re-decoration project for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s property, Sullivan Court.

Works comprise the repair, redecoration and upgrading of six 5-8 storey occupied residential blocks.

Sullivan Court is located in a conservation area in London SW6 close to prestigious clubs Chelsea Harbour and the Hurlingham. The contract is valued at £5,500,000.

Via SEC Frameworks Axis has been awarded the following projects:

• Thurrock Borough Council – Re-cladding  residential tower blocks in Essex.
• Soho Housing-  Kitchen and bathrooms; cyclical maintenance
• Gravesham Borough Council – Planned cyclical decoration
• London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham –  external and internal refurbishment services at residential blocks
• Eastlight Community Homes
