We’re Appointed to North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative’s Minor Works, Trades & Associated Services DPS

Axis is delighted that we have been appointed to the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC)’s Minor Works, Trades & Associated Services DPS 2025-2029.

NOE CPC’s Minor Works, Trades & Associated Services DPS is available for use by the NHS (including over 50 NHS Trusts) and other public sector bodies and provides a compliant route to market in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for works and services up to a value of £5m per individual requirement.

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) contracted Axis to refurbish Fern Ward at St Martin’s Hospital in Canterbury, Kent (a high dependency psychiatric facility in which Fern Ward is an 18-bed inpatient unit caring for women). See our full Case Study here

Since 2015, Axis’ Midlands Division, has been employed by our client Riverside to provide works at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. As part of our 14-year Total Asset Management contract with Sanctuary, Axis conducts Repairs and Maintenance and Planned Works at Swan’s schemes which provide affordable, rented housing to NHS key workers. We also provide Out of Hours and essential and emergency services.
