Volunteering at Axis

Through our volunteering programme, all Axis people are entitled to take one working day every year to volunteer for an organisation of their choice. We believe in having a positive impact on our communities, as well as leaving a legacy as a business willing to provide the right tools to make a real difference.

We are proud to work alongside our charity partner, Demelza, who deliver extraordinary care to extraordinary children who are facing serious or life-threatening illnesses. Whether it’s putting on corporate charity events like our Christmas Ball or annual Golf Day, or encouraging Axis people to take on challenge events like a cycle ride from London to Paris, we have been raising funds for this important cause for over twenty years.

The Axis Foundation is the charitable arm of Axis Europe. We aim to provide support and opportunities to people, projects, and causes that make a positive, lasting impact on the communities we serve. Back in 2022 we hit the £22 million mark in donations to over 270 small, local, and impactful causes across 14 years of giving.
