New 5-year Repairs & Maintenance contract with THCH

Via Fusion 21’s Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework Lot 1 we won a 5-year contract with Tower Hamlets Community Housing worth £1.1m a year.

The new contract with THCH, which started in October 2021, will see us conducting core reactive repairs and maintenance, void property improvements, emergency and out of hours support and potential additional works for planned and cyclical repairs.

We are excited to announce that we’ll be working closely with Axis to begin our journey of delivering a more accessible and wide ranging repairs and planned works service to our residents. We are currently conducting the delivery of remedial re-cladding works at a residential block in east London for our client THCH.
