Axis wins places on NHMF Frameworks

Frameworx was established in 2022 in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) with an initial round of seven frameworks covering Planned and Responsive Maintenance, Asset Management, Compliance Consultancy, Energy, and Materials Supply. The most recent addition is the Heating Services Framework.

1 Heating Services Framework

Frameworx’ 4-year Heating Services Framework consists of three Lots covering both domestic heating, commercial/ communal heating, and Microgeneration appliances and installations, servicing and maintenance, all falling under the 50720000 – Repair and maintenance services of central heating code. Launched in August 2023, this Framework has an estimated total value of £600,000,000.

There are two frameworks for Heating Services, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams: 1A & 1B Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations; 2A & 2B Commercial/Communal Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations; 3A & 3B Microgeneration Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations.

Axis is appointed to the Direct Award Framework for Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations.

2 Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works

Axis has also been awarded a place for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works Framework which has three workstreams:

  • Responsive Maintenance
  • Void Property Works
  • Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works

The duration of the framework is 4 years and it has an estimated value of £300m. There are two frameworks for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works: one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition.

Axis will be available to work in the following areas: North West (UKD); East Midlands (UKF), West Midlands (UKG), East of England (UKH) , Greater London (UKI) and the South East (UKJ).

Responsive Maintenance including

  • Joinery
  • Flooring
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Multitrade Services
  • Emergency Works including OOH
  • Gas and Electric Tests
  • Technical Inspections and Property Health Checks/MOTs

Void Property Works including

  • Void Property Inspections
  • Void major component renewals (kitchens, bathrooms, rewires)
