NHMF Framework Win for Axis
Axis wins place on new NHMF Framework for Responsive Repairs and Voids Works
Axis has been awarded a place for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works on a new framework, National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF), Frameworx.
This framework went live on 24 January 2023 and is broken down into 3 workstreams
- Responsive Maintenance
- Void Property Works
- Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works
The duration of the framework is 4 years and it has an estimated value of £300m. There are two frameworks for Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works: one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition.
Axis will be available to work in the following areas: North West (UKD); East Midlands (UKF), West Midlands (UKG), East of England (UKH) , Greater London (UKI) and the South East (UKJ).

Scope of Works includes:
Responsive Maintenance including
- Joinery
- Flooring
- Painting and Decorating
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Multitrade Services
- Emergency Works including OOH
- Gas and Electric Tests
- Technical Inspections and Property Health Checks/MOTs
Void Property Works including
- Void Property Inspections
- Void major component renewals (kitchens, bathrooms, rewires)
More about the Framework
A brand new framework launched in July 2022 in association with not-for-profit organisation National Housing Maintenance Forum, Frameworx, is offering an established and engaged supply chain, and investment in initiatives including social value, training and benchmarking as well as efficiencies and economies of scale, through both traditional framework approaches and Dynamic Purchasing Systems.
