Project Details
Axis was employed by our client, L&Q, to deliver residential repairs and decorations at their properties along Coburg Close, London. The works came as part of planned and cyclical decorations with improvements. Our team worked on 72 general residential properties, home to around 80 residents.
Our scope of work at Coburg place was well varied and included roof works. We provided replacement roofs using a Langley felt roofing system, to ensure each property was waterproofed. Alongside the roof works, we delivered a liquid to box guttering service. Our team also replaced the timber double-glazed windows at each property.
We delivered internal decorations to the communal areas, including a programme of repainting. This came alongside a programme of external decorations. As part of these works, we installed new vinyl flooring and carpets to communal areas. The team also provided FRA works within communal areas, using Crown Pyroshield anti-inflammatory paint.
