Project Details

For our existing client L&Q, we undertook an 8-month, £1.2m retrofit roof panel replacement project at Reculver Road, Silwood Estate, south east London for L&Q

To three blocks of flats here, we removed the existing roofs and installed new insulation and Iko roofing system. We also installed new solar panels and a safety system handrail.

As a result of our retrofit roof panel replacement project, L&Q residents can now look forward to

  • better acoustic insulation
  • better thermal insulation
  • lower energy bills (as the solar panels will reduce the amount of energy used from the National Grid)
  • reduced carbon footprint
