Axis Midlands Division wins new contract with Wolverhampton Homes

Via a mini competition off Riverside/Pretium Frameworks Ltd’s Total Disrepair Solutions Framework Axis was awarded a new contract to provide Wolverhampton Homes with general building works (repairs and maintenance services) to both void (empty) and occupied properties, including flatted estates throughout the City of Wolverhampton.

The General Building Works (Repairs and Maintenance Services) contract is valued at  circa £3,000,000 for the contract period of 18 months and commences on 1 May.

Wolverhampton Homes Limited is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which manages and maintains Wolverhampton City Council’s Social Housing Stock (approximately 23,200 properties).

Pretium Frameworks Ltd’s Total Disrepair Solutions PCR 2015-compliant framework was developed jointly with, and is managed on behalf of, Riverside Group by Pretium Frameworks Ltd.

Axis Midlands Division will be handling the works on this contract. Our Midlands Division has worked alongside Riverside to provide works at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and at Ministry of Defence properties in Cosford, Shropshire.
