Our team installed up to eight roof-mounted solar panels on ten properties, alongside hybrid inverters to support future battery storage integration and meters to monitor solar energy generation performance.
We also completed associated electrical upgrades including replacement fuseboards with integrated Type 2 Surge Protection Devices, RCBO installations, Arc Boxing to PV electrical connections and 4-way Consumer Control Units where viable.
And to improve resident safety and fire compliance, we installed LD2 smoke alarm systems with wireless modules and Optical Smoke Alarm/RF technology.
The renewable energy programme took place in 10 fully-occupied social housing homes comprising seven houses and three bungalows located in Millers Row, Cornish Hall End in Braintree, Essex.
