Riverside Housing FRA Contract

Axis has started planned FRA works as part of a recent contract in partnership with Riverside Housing.

Axis has begun works as part of a recent contract with our Midlands-based client, Riverside Housing Association.

The project will see planned FRA works carried out at approximately 250 properties in the region. These properties comprise a range of building types including general needs residential street properties, blocks of flats, buildings with listed status, and properties within a conservation area.

The Passive Fire Protection works to be undertaken by Axis will include (but are not limited to): Fire stopping, door upgrades, and door renewals as part of the planned preventative maintenance works.

Riverside is a major provider of affordable housing, care, and support services in England and Scotland. They have almost 56,000 homes in management and operate across over 160 local authorities.
