Responsive and Major Repairs for Peabody
We tendered for and won on Peabody’s 10-year £340m Planned Internal and External Refurbishment Works Programme Lot 2b – External Refurbishment Works North East London and Essex (value £60m). The scope of works on this Lot includes:
- Window and door replacements to include like for like replacement of various PVCU, powder coated aluminium, and timber frame units; flat entrance doors
- Roof replacements to include: high performance bitumen systems for flat and sloping roofs; pitched tiled roofs; replacement of rainwater goods and SVPS; chimney repairs
- External envelope works to include: re-pointing and wall repairs; decorations; fascias, soffits and barge boards; renewal of block entrance doors and door entry systems
- Asbestos Management services
We also won a JCT Measured Term Contract for Repairs and Voids Services Lot 3: NW London 2 and Lot 5: South London 1.
Scope of works includes day-to-day responsive and major repairs including pest control, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation, domestic electrical repairs as well as void / empty homes delivery.
In addition, our re-cladding team has won a 3-year Remedial Cladding Works contract for Peabody valued at £13m pa. Our current re-cladding works for Peabody include programmes at Bristow Court and Bridgestone House, both in London. We won this new Remedial Cladding contract via Peabody’s 4-year £100m Fire Remediation framework.
