Hackney Council appointed Axis to deliver a Reconfiguration and Refurbishment Project at Ridley Villas.
The £3.2 million Reconfiguration and Refurbishment programme at Ridley Villas Temporary Accommodation will transform and modernise the existing accommodation for Hackney Council, increasing capacity from 44 to 56 units while significantly improving living standards through the addition of new en-suite facilities and upgraded building services.
The appointment reinforces Axis's proven capability in delivering major refurbishment and improvement projects for local authorities and demonstrates the confidence public sector clients place in our ability to deliver high-quality, technically complex construction programme.
This contract has been awarded through the London Borough of Hackney Asset Management Delivery Construction Contractors Framework (Lot 3 – Fabric), a four-year framework established to support the council's capital investment programme across its property portfolio.
