CLC Will Share Large-Scale Retrofit and Net Zero Expertise at IGPP Decarbonising the Public Sector 2026 Event
CLC will attend the Institute of Governance Public Policy: Decarbonising the Public Sector 2026 event, to share our expertise in delivering retrofit and decarbonisation programmes across the built environment.
With increasing pressure on public sector organisations to meet net zero targets, the event brings together industry leaders to explore practical solutions for reducing carbon emissions across housing and public buildings. We will contribute to this conversation by sharing our experience delivering energy efficiency improvements at scale.
We support clients through the full retrofit journey, from initial assessment and programme design through to delivery and ongoing performance monitoring. This includes fabric-first improvements, low carbon heating systems and wider energy efficiency measures that reduce emissions while improving comfort for residents.
Delivering decarbonisation in occupied homes requires careful planning and strong resident engagement. We place residents at the centre of our approach, ensuring works are clearly communicated and disruption is kept to a minimum. This supports successful programme delivery and long-term outcomes.
We also bring experience in managing complex, multi-site programmes. By coordinating works efficiently and aligning them with wider asset management strategies, we help clients maximise value and meet regulatory and funding requirements.
The event provides an opportunity to showcase proven delivery through a range of completed projects. We will link to relevant case studies that demonstrate measurable carbon reduction, improved energy performance and enhanced living conditions for residents.
As demand for decarbonisation continues to grow, we remain focused on delivering practical, scalable solutions that support the transition to net zero while maintaining safe, high-quality homes.
