Project Details
As part of this housing conversion project, our housing team converted six of Brent Council’s properties into Homes for Multiple Occupancy (HMOs). Larger properties are converted to create accommodation for six occupants. Each home has six individual units. We renovated each unit to fit each with an en suite wet room and WC. We also provided a hi-spec communal kitchen with appliances, communal lounge areas and a communal garden with garden buildings.
The scope of works for the project included new extensions as well as repairing the pitched roofs. Our Mechanical and Electrical team installed new central heating systems and we added new kitchens and bathrooms. We also fitted new flooring and partitioning. Our structural works included steelwork in order to create new openings. The team carpeted, painted and decorated throughout the properties and we finished by hard landscaping the gardens along with instating garden studios.
