Student Cribs, a leading provider of premium university accommodation, appointed CLC to conduct extensive refurbishments to 14 student flats in three apartment blocks. We changed former small shower rooms into brand new bathroom suites, also installing new kitchens, redecorating and re-tiling and conducting associated electrical and structural works.

The project took place during the summer while the building was vacant to avoid disruption due to the extensive work. Using a consistent team that possess multiple abilities meant that the project could be completed quickly and efficiently. Once the works were completed, we liaised with arriving students to make sure everything was perfect when they moved in.
