In the live environment of a busy hotel, we renewed flooring, constructed partitioning and redecorated bedrooms as well as installing food stations and conducting electrical works and security upgrades. We worked out of hours to minimise the impact of our works on guests.

We worked when the restaurant was closed and throughout the night. The hotel was even able to accommodate a last-minute booking because of our flexibility. Prioritising Health & Safety, we used Chapter 8 barriers around the working site. Because of the height of the ceilings, we used mobile towers to paint these areas.

Our flexible approach minimised the impact of our works on the hotel and their guests.
