We conducted our refurbishment works – which included renewing flooring and converting space as well as redecoration and electrical works – on a floor-by-floor basis. This allowed our client’s external contractor access to fit bespoke furniture and ensured the smooth running of the project. Due to our high quality of work, the university awarded us a place on their approved list of contractors.

It was vital that we met the specified timescale for this project as students would soon be returning for the academic year. Additionally, as much of the original furniture was still in good condition, we worked with the university to ensure it was recycled. We also suggested a more energy efficient lighting solution for the student’s desk lamps. Our client was delighted with our sustainability suggestions.
