Project Details
One of the 1,300 units our Housing Division were programmed to complete was Black Roof House in Camberwell, South London. This unique building was once a parish church before its conversion to general residential apartments in the 1980s.
Our team provided a range of works within our scope. This included scaffolding and the application of a painting programme to previously painted surfaces such as the windows. The gothic arch windows are one of the character features of the building alongside its vaulted ceilings.
We continued the project with a batch of internal decorations within communal areas. This included painting internal stairway bannisters. As part of the communal repairs and decorations, the team also delivered external works to the property, making remedial repairs to the guttering.
