Our heritage division carried out a programme of external and internal refurbishments and redecorations. We began with the exterior works which comprised of repairs and redecorations. Our team used doff cleaning to clear the embellished façade and repaired the masonry as well as all rainwater goods. We stripped and restored the timber elements and cleaned and re-painted the exterior iron railings. The team also completed roof and chimney repairs, which maintained the slate tiles, lead and asphalt. We then maintained the property’s front-facing windows.
We installed a man-safe system suitable for inspections and works. The team then embarked on the programme of internal works as part of the heritage building conservation project. We re-decorated the communal areas as well as introducing new flooring and carpets. We appointed our client liaison officer to the site so that they could maintain constant contact with the residents throughout the project. This insured minimal obstruction and disruption to the residents throughout each stage of the works.
