Project Details
Following asbestos surveys we removed the tiles, felt and batten and then re-instated with an upgraded system using both interlocking and plain tile systems. We used a dry ridge system to secure the tiles and we also replaced the fascia, soffit and guttering on every property. New lead flashing will keep the roof joints waterproof. Our team adapted the scaffold adding a stack allowing us to repoint and flaunch the chimneys too.

Axis and RBG Via a mini-competition off the South East Consortium’s Internal and External Building Works Framework, The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) appointed Axis as one of three contractors to deliver their Major Capital Works Programme. This is a 5-year, long-term renewal improvements programme which commenced in October 2023.
