Project Details
Our commercial team began the project with a full strip-out of the planned areas. This included the 5th floor of the building. We then carried out a programme moves and changes which saw refurbishment works and minor plaster repairs. The team removed plasterboard as well as glazed partitions. We also carried out mechanical and electrical works within the building.
Our team moved on to a programme of internal redecorations to the office space. Finally, we replaced the floor finishes at the end of the project. We also improved the common areas of the 5th floor.
A majority of the strip-out works were completed in-office hours, however, works undertaken on the common areas and staircase were programmed out of hours. This allowed our team to enhance customer experience by keeping disruption to a minimum and eradicating safety risks in the area.
Because of the exceptionally busy location of the building, we stringently planned all deliveries as well as any waste removals that were required. Our team complete the project within the planned programme dates and delivered works within budget. This was accomplished because of our team working with the client to deploy value engineering methods.
