After a successful tender application, existing client Gateway Housing Association awarded Axis with a Responsive Repairs, Voids and Other Works contract which started on  5 June 2023. We will be attending to the 400 responsive repairs and minor adaptation jobs raised per month and, in addition to Major Voids works, other works will include minor disabled adaptations and legal disrepair works.

Previously, Axis competitively won a Minor Works contract with Gateway at St Marks Gate in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and also completed an External Repairs and Redecorations contract at 58 properties (34 residential flats in Constant House on Harrow Lane and 24 residential flats at Holmesdale House) on Poplar High Street.

Gateway Housing Association is a community-based housing association and manages 3,000 homes across East London. The largest provider of sheltered housing in Tower Hamlets, Gateway also provides housing in the London Boroughs of Newham and Hackney.
